sorry you're having trouble with an item you purchased from
us! ImportGSM guarantees to fix or replace any malfunctioning
item which fits our return requirements as stated in the
terms and conditions which you agreed to by placing your order with us. In short:
We do accept returns for all items:
Within 3 days : If the item is not working within 3 days upon receipt of the goods
by the
customer , item may be exchanged for a replacement at no charge.
Within 7 days : Items returned within 7 days upon receipt of the goods by the
customer
may be returned at no charge, but are subject to a restocking fee. If packaging or materials
are damaged or missing, the phone has been used more than 10 minutes of total call time,
or if there is any other physical or cosmetic damage, a restocking fee may apply.
After 7 days : Non functional units may be sent for warranty repair within 1 year upon
receipt of the goods by the customer. Items not working due to negligence are not covered
by the standard 1 year warranty provided by ImportGSM, and are subject to repair fees at
customers expense.
Note: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. In addition, no
refunds will be given
to items before they are returned.

Return Requirements in Summary
1. An RMA must be filed within 7 days from date goods are delivered (if requesting a credit).
2. Malfunctioning may not be due to normal wear and tear which are a result of incorrect or negligent handling.
3. Item can not be repaired or modified by customer or third party without written consent.
Return Process
1. Fill out our RMA form located here
2. Wait for an ImportGSM representative to approve your request.
3. Ship the item back to us, with a note stating your problem / order number,
